When you get past 40, it is important to look after your health, and Pygeum is widely accepted to be the best supplement for this. This brand is high strength - 900mg, so you can have a lot of confidence it will have an effect. At two capsules a day, you get a full month's worth of protection with every bottle. And I can't really take it any other way but capsules, so it certainly suits me.
