Delivery & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your order, and what to do if you need to send something back. This is the plain-English version — the full shipping policy and full refund policy are the legal ones.
UK delivery options and costs

You pick the option you want at checkout. If your basket qualifies, the free rate appears on its own — there is no code to enter.
When it is dispatched, and when it arrives

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We cannot guarantee arrival times — carriers vary, and once a parcel leaves us its progress is in their hands.
If your order is delayed
Occasionally a parcel takes longer than it should. Check the tracking in your dispatch email first, as it usually explains where things have got to. If it has gone quiet or the parcel is well past the expected window, email hello@probotanics.co.uk with your order number and we will chase the carrier and sort it out.
Returns: the 30-day window
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be accepted, the item must be:
- unopened and untampered with
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Please request a return before sending anything back. Items posted to us without an agreed return are not accepted.
How to start a return
- Email hello@probotanics.co.uk with your order number and what you would like to return.
- We will confirm whether the return is accepted.
- If it is, we send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right. A photo of the problem helps us move faster.
