01Before you email
Two things make this quicker. If your message is about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email. If it is about a product, tell us which one and whether you have the capsules or the drops — several botanicals come in both.
02Questions we can answer
What is in a product, how much a serving contains, what the extract ratio means, whether something contains an allergen, how to take it, where an ingredient is grown, and anything about delivery, returns or an order.
Most of that is already written down. The botanical guides cover composition, dosage and safety for every plant we sell, and capsules or drops covers the format question.
One thing we cannot do. We are not medically qualified and we cannot tell you whether a botanical is right for you, whether it is safe alongside a medicine you take, or what you should take for a health concern. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any prescribed medicine or under medical care, please ask your GP or pharmacist. A pharmacist will answer this kind of question free, without an appointment, and they have your medication list.
If you think you have had a bad reaction to any food supplement, you can report it to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme, and please tell us too.
