○ Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to arrive.

We currently use Royal Mail and Amazon Logistics to fulfil all UK orders placed through our website.

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped and may be delivered on weekends or holidays if fulfilled via Amazon Logistics. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders. shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders placed during special promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday Sale) may also require additional processing time. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

At Probotanics we want to ensure that you receive your order when expected. However, shipping speeds can be impacted by a number of different factors, many of which are beyond our control. Customs checks, severe weather, supply chain shortages, courier industrial action etc. may cause delays that we can't control. While we’ll do our best to get your order to you ASAP, we regret that we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates at this time. If there will be significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

UK Standard delivery is £3.95, and free on orders of £30 or more. Express delivery is available at £4.95, and is free on orders of £48 or more.
